How do a share Webdvd file with a client?

Hello,

I have created a flash webdvd version of my encore dvd that I would like to share with my client.

Encore creates a 'folder' which when you open it and click on the 'Index' file it opens the webdvd up in your web browser IE Chrome etc and plays fine.

However when I try sharing the 'folder' on Google drive, dropbox etc the recipient can download the 'folder' but when they open up the folder and click on the index file the web browser opens up but there is nothing there, no webdvd.  I have tested this on my own machine and the same happens.  No pop up/blocks come up either.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?  How do others share webdvds with their clients?
