Unable to get any telephone support from Adobe I charged ahead on my own using hit and miss method. There was a glitch in my first Encore file so I started with a new file and the problem went away. I liked the old PP before Encore where you could select templates within a built in library and burn to DVD. Encore is not very friendly.
