Is it possible to block the QuickTime pop up when Encore CS6 is launched?

Hi folks,

Bit of s trange query as why would anyone want to disable the QuickTime pop up when AE CS6 is launched.

Anyway in our firm we have the QuickTime Product as a block application as it does not meet the firms security risk criteria, so we are wondering if there is a way to disable or suppress the pop up when you first launch the Encore CS6 product?
