As I went to bed last night I was thinking the same thing. But I wasn't sure you could unzip a file that didn't look like it needed unzipped. I will try that when I get home and report the resutls.

Okay, I got it to work. I had to download WINZIP to unzip the file twice. Then I had to redirect Encore to see the New Library. It appears I now have all the Items. Tons of Menus, buttons, backgrounds, etc.
