What's weird is that for the same URL, I have a slightly different layout than you. And mine does not include the "Subforums" section.
Logging in does not make the section appear, nor does switching browsers (same results in Chrome, IE, and Firefox).
But nevertheless, even if the Sub Forums section did appear for me, I'd still like to see a FAQ section at the top like Premiere's forum has.
I'm not saying a FAQ page doesn't exist, or even that there aren't currently links to it, I'm just saying it a FAQ section would be a better (albeit addtional) way to get the FAQs noticed... IMHO of course.
