Oh Sure, Will Do..
The user has to check if the DynamicLinkLibrary is working in the background, whereas in this case it was not present, and After looking in the Applications under MAC HD , we could pick up Tarces of Encore folder, but the app was not installed.
So we had to perform the manual uninstallation of all the programs and re-isntall it using the AAM 7.0.
