1 - Perhaps? I'm not certain! But I THINK I saw a message similar to that notion, during the build phase. I will check  next time.

 

2 - I checked for the ROM space entry and it was empty.

 

3 - While I didn't use Imgburn THIS time (although, I saved the link you provided - THANKS!), your idea was very similar to the idea of my editing partner, about saving the image as an .iso file. As I mentioned to Stan in my reply to him, this saved the file in a much smaller size than what Encore was writing during a direct burn. Additionally, the burn (using disk utility) was very smooth. No complications! I was very pleased with the final result.

 

Again, thanks to you and Stan for responding.

 

This was my first time posting. It was a last minute effort to meet an approaching deadline. I think these forums are awesome. I plan to be here quite often. *thumbs up*
