By "rendered" and m4v, I assume you are exporting from Premiere as H.264-Bluray.
Are you getting an error message, a hang, or what?
If you attempt to import one of your old, successful m4v's to a new Encore project, what happens?
I assume Encore CS6? What version of Premiere?
