I'm sure if enough people request it, Adobe will at least link Encore and Premiere CC. But thank you for providing the link at which the requesting can be done.
As far as your 3rd, I already have that, but it's not even close to the convenience of being able to dynamic link from Premiere CC, and it's absurd that it's no longer an option.
