Since Encore is end of life, I don't know that a bug report goes anywhere. I'll reach out and see if anyone can point us to a resource.
(For anyone looking at this thread and not having time to look at the video, he is filling out an Adobe crash report, clicks on the Submit button, and get a message that says that Adobe has found a solution or workaround, "click here" for more details. Yep, the click here is a link but does not work.
Assuming you don't get a fix for the magic "we've found a fix button," please describe the problem you had in case one of us users knows what the fix was.
