Hello, I have been using Adobe Encore recently to create a couple of dvds and as I was using the program it locked up on me. When I re opened the program this error message apeared "adobe encore has encountered an error. [..\..\src\amepresetprober.cpp-265]" I could not figure out how to fix this so I uninstalled Encore and re installed it. I created two dvds and was working on my third one two days later and the same error message appeared. What is happening to make this appear and how can I fix it with out uninstalling it?
