I was away from home for a few days, so I created a second admin account on my computer (called "Editing"). I set the permissions for this new account to be identical to my first account (called "Kevin"), and made all files on the machine public to all users. I still don't fully understand why, but Premiere worked fine on that account (Encore still does not). Once I got home, I uninstalled and reinstalled both programs. Premiere now works perfectly on both accounts, but Encore still does not. Opening the Premiere file and then the Encore does not help, but I've discovered that smaller files work fine when using Dynamic Link. Eventually, I would like to add more smaller files to the Encore project. Could the problem be related to using Dynamic Link for importing multiple sequences (about 10 total)?
