Setting a Blu-Ray Dual Layer Break Point in Encore CS 5.1

Hi,

I am going to make a Blu-Ray Dual Layer project in Encore.

Do I have to set the "Break Point" or will Encore set it for me?

If it sets it for me, All I have to do is put the Blu-Ray Disc in my computer and press Burn, correct?

If I decide to make it an ISO file, will that make the Dual Layer Break Point for me as well? Then all I would do is put it in Toast 11 and it will burn with the Dual Layer Break.

Is this correct?
