Look in the applications folder - it has been hard for users to find, but it is almost always there.
Another user said:
"The App Mgr installed both CS6 Premiere and Encore, but neglected to put icons on the desktop. I searched high and low for them until hitting on the obvious: Program Files->Adobe. Found the Premiere folder and its executable there, but somehow myopically overlooked the Encore folder. It's there too."
