Jim, there is no phiscial Resume button on the remote. If any user happen to know that a pressing menu again, returns them to the movie, then great. However many people don't know this when using they're player.
One workarwound that I have tested that does work is that you have 2 sets of menus. 1 for the orignal play of a main feature, and then a second for a "resume" play. (this is a freaking mind trip). I'll make sure any menus that are associated with a resume function, then goes to resume playing. This is quite more extra work, as if Encore isn't difficult enough.
I hope CS 7 will update the resume button to follow a play from beginning if no other program has been played yet.
