'Motion' Tab Missing - Trying to do video buttons...

Hello,

Trying to have animated video buttons for a scene selection menu on a Blu-Ray. Having some trouble though, the video button is there and linked to a chapter, but there's no 'motion' tab where I could select 'Animate Button', so I'm a little stuck. From all the tutorials I have seen, it should be there.

Any ideas? Using Encore CS6 on Windows 7 (64-bit).
