Well, I created the blu-ray project as HDdv I believe. Then its size was so small that I used the Encore choice on "Build" to burn the DVD. I tried it because the blanks are so much cheaper than BD blanks and this was for the relatives ... can't be sure whether they have blu-ray equipment either. I am intrigued that HD menus don't down-size well. It is worth an experiment to see what happens ... the project was "widescreen" but not true 1080 size. To me, a blu-ray disk should be 1080 x (I forget the other dimension at the moment). I'll experiment and report back.
