Export from Premiere 5.5 with mpeg2-dvd. If your footage is HD interlaced set fields to lower in export settings.Import those files in Encore 5.1 or 6 for authoring (files do not get transcoded).

Dynamic Link only works between programs of the same version.So there is no DL between AECC and ENCS6.You can export from AE and bring that into Encore.
