Thanks Stan, So after waiting an hour+ to re-encode it, it imports fine. I haven't tried to import the problem file into a new project, as I am too busy getting this one ready for a client tomorrow....

This is my flowchart. Disc is connected to main menu. If I remove 'first play' from main menu then the flowchart disappears, since it doesn't have a path into the disc at that point.
