For Europe you do not need to covert to PAL.Nearly all dvd players can play NTSC dvd's just fine.Dont know for NZ.

In DVD:Created a Menu with the intro in video. KOI'm not sure what this means. What did you actually do: Created a new project, added a menu, etc? This is not a common problem.

Created a Menu with the intro in video:I created a blank menu and in Motion Video added the intro converted in avi file in after effect. I -To To Be Read First- this menu end to the next menu.not work...

the asset intro is HD_1080/EcoleIntro.aep In this project the intro is the first chapter (1) in the timeline
