More debugging: here's something I've noticed. Upon normal creation of button on a menu, if you put in a Next button in the middle of a group, it throws off the behavior of the buttons following it....

Hi there, did you resolve the issue? I am getting the exact same error message. I haven't tried this yet, but I think I might have to give all subtitles a 5 frame minimum distance between each other....

OK, I just deleted the subtitle track and re-imported the subtitle txt file and the 'line 214' error message did not appear anymore. Of course now I have a different error message

Let us know. For Bluray subtitles, help says the gap is mandatory. No statement about DVD. What is your project? In any event, I'd try the gap!

Encore should not ignore two of the timelines. Originally, what were the assets transcode settings? All automatic? It sounds like they may not have been. Or the disk may have been set to BD dual layer....

By datarate I mean bitrate. In mediainfo, the "Bit Rate" is the average bitrate. Use the "Tree" view.
