The new color set IS showing up, but the buttons are unaffected. They do not highlight according to the color set.

Since you've been getting good results and the project sounds really short, I'd just start over and get all the material in the project before transcoding.

Burning to blu-ray is when the problem shows up. Try creating an ISO image and using ImgBurn to burn a BD-RE.
