Thanks! Do you know why destination recorder is not showing up?

The destination recorder isn't showing up because your burner isn't supported in the Encore burning engine. In that case, you will have to "burn" it on to a destination folder on the hard disk or SSD, and then use a separate disc burning program such as the free ImgBurn to burn the resulting files on to disk.

I don't recall about Macs, but the folder must be burned as Bd image.

See the other thread.

In addition to a program problem, the burner may also have been captured by another program. As suggested, build to a folder or image, and be sure that when you burn with another program, it is set to burn a Blu-ray disc.

Which NTSC setting should I use to export out of Premiere Pro? Or does it matter?

It should match your footage/sequence - widescreen vs regular; interlaced vs progressive. The quality (bitrate) can be modified to fit the Encore project. You may need a bitrate calculator:

Once I have the files in encore and export as bluray image why is there no sound?

Encore will burn to disc but not make an iso

I have been making movies in Premiere Pro CC for a long time, from which I output media to blue-ray and author in Encore.  I usually output a blue-ray image (iso) from Encore.  For some reason, Encore now does not give me the option to make the iso file, the only option available is burn to disc.  The burn to "image" option is visible, but grayed-out and not selectable.  Anyone know why this happened, or how I can get back the burn to image option to make ththe iso file?  Thanks for any advice!  Mandy

Did you put the audio in Encore?

Post a screenshot of your workflow in Encore.

How are you playing the bd image?

Mac or Windows, and exactly which version of the operating system... and have you recently updated your operating system?

I don't recall this issue previously. Select bluray, then image is an option. But yours is greyed out, correct? The common problem is image is selected, but "build" is greyed out because no path is defined.

The only cause I can think of is, for Windows, not running "as administrator," and for Mac, a permission issue somewhere in the chain.

Thanks for the tip. But what about the video issue? If I create the disc and test, would that be the best choice in this scenario?

Go back to John's post. Post a screenshot of the mediainfo result in "tree" view of one or more of the problem video files.

The main issue is the audio. When exporting out of Premiere Pro should the audio be set to PMC or MPEG?

Button Transitions create black flashes

I'm trying to create button transition animations to animate from menu to menu. I have everything setup correctly in After Effects and rendered out. However, when I preview it, I'm getting a few frames of black between the animation and the menu. The menu is a still photoshop file and the transition doesn't  have any black frames in it. Any ideas on how to get these to be seamless?
