After downloading Creative Cloud and paying the monthly fee , I downloaded Premier Pro (with Encore),AE and PS. When I'm in Encore all of the buttons,images,backgrounds,layer sets,text items,shapes and replacement layers are missing. The Library items are there and it seems that styles items are there.
I followed the steps to download from the "premierepro 6 content ls7.dmg file. It took an hour or so.
