I have thought about that option myself without actually mentioning it. That is why I want to work a DVD for a testrun first. If that turns out a waste at least I did not waste any money really. A bit different if it was bluray. Actually I generated (sound only) the ac3 track on its own again and put it on the timeline of encore .... I get sound now but all just terrible noises that give you a headache. What I assume from that is that I will not get the right sound, but the programme is trying to decode somethíng from it. And if so, then I guess that the previews sound-redering through the queue in Adobe did something wrong. When I was rendering it all first time something strange happened. While the filmlength in the blueray-folder was accurate with 67 minutes is was only like 47 in the dvd-folder. Checked the film picturewise but it was all there. Had to leave then and the only option that I could logically think of was that it was running faster than it should. Well, I never found out as there was no sound to hear. Now it seemes like I just have to try and see what happens ... Actually I wanted to do the dvd first as well to check if the audience (applause) is in that position where I want them .... and are the singers in a certain moment really only coming from the center in back back. The meter on screen says so, but my headphones would also have sound on the front which should not be really. But let's see if the room-acoustics are still near to what I want.
