The field order in Premiere Pro is set to automatic (based on source) so it automatically recognised it as Progressive. Is this the info you needed? :/

Orphan Timeline means there's no way for the end user to get to that timeline and watch it. End Action is what happens at the end of a timeline.

There is a minimum size for 'legal' DVDs. If the program material is less than 1GB on disk, the authoring program should be filling in the rest with 0's. Encore used to do that as part of the Lead Out.
