You might be able to avoid idenifying the problem by deleting the problem menu, duplicate one of the correct menus (in Encore), then modify as needed. Not a guarantee, but it should work.

I'm not sure how that is possible if they are chapters in a timeline in the project. But you can try using the pick whip to the chpater marker in the timeline.
