I've run into a problem - when exporting the HD master to DVD in Premiere, I encounter the choice of either having black bars on the side of the image or cropping. I do not want to do either, so am considering hiring a third party to encode the master for DVD properly. Having said that, the quotes I had for encoding/authoring the discs were way out of range. If I pay someone to encode the HD master for DVD so that I don't have the bars/cropping, will I be able to use this to create a DVD without bars/cropping in Encore, or will the problem surface again?
