Encore - end action is being overridden

I have 4 timelines t1, t2, t3, t4

I set the end action for t1 to t2, I set the override to menu

I set the end action for t2 to t3, I set the override to menu

I set the end action for t3 to t4, I set the override to menu

I set the end action for t4 to menu, I set the override to menu

I create a play all button. I "link" it to t1.

when I export the dvd and press the play all button

it plays t1, then it plays t2, then it goes back to the menu.

I am confused. I can't figure it out. Any ideas?
