Unless you are using Quicktime files as Encore source, you do not actually HAVE to have Quicktime installed I have CS5 with NO Quicktime installed, and once I click past the warning message Encore...

DVD and Bluray are different. For DVD (the one that defaults to "untitle project," look in the build panel below the path name. You will see a space for the title. Edit to add image and this comment:...

If you import Mpeg dvd files, Encore does not need to transcode them because they are already in dvd format, which is why it has the 'don't transcode' status.

As Richard has explained, when you had your assets as "do not transcode," you should have left them alone. with the exception that they might fill the disk up, but none of the errors you have had point...

Make sure you have a path entered to save the image. Also, the project must havesomething in it. Edit: add image
